Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy explains how Kitchen Line Crew ("we", "us") handles information on this website, in our Etsy shop and on our Facebook and Pinterest accounts.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

Email sign-ups

If you sign up for a free printable or for gift reminders, we collect your email address and, for reminders, who you shop for and an optional birthday month. We use them only to send you the printable, the reminders and our occasional shop news.

Our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA), stores this information and sends our emails on our behalf as a data processor; its own privacy policy is at kit.com/privacy. You first get an email to confirm your address. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe any time; we then stop emailing you. We do not sell or share your information.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log basic technical data such as your IP address when you visit. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for details.

Orders from our Etsy shop

When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy handles checkout and payment; we never see your card details. Etsy shares your name and shipping address with us so the order can be made and shipped. We pass those details only to our print partner, Printify, and its US print provider, who print and ship your order. We use them for nothing else. Etsy's own privacy policy covers everything you do on Etsy.

Our Facebook and Pinterest apps

We use the Facebook Graph API and the Pinterest API only to publish posts and pins to our own Facebook Page and Pinterest boards. Our apps do not log in visitors, do not read your profile, and do not collect, store or share data about people who view, like or comment on our posts.

Comments and messages you leave on Facebook or Pinterest are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

Affiliate links

Some links go to retailers such as Selkirk. When you click one, the retailer or its affiliate network may use cookies to credit us with a referral. We never see what you buy or any of your payment details.

Data deletion

Our Facebook and Pinterest apps store no personal data, so there is nothing for them to delete. If you would like us to delete your email sign-up or order details we hold from an Etsy purchase, remove a comment, or confirm that we hold nothing about you, email hello@kitchenlinecrew.com or message our Facebook page and we will respond within 30 days. You can also remove our app's access at any time in your Facebook or Pinterest settings.

Children

This site and our pages are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
