Order by Monday, November 30, 2026 for Christmas
Approve your mockup and pay by Monday, November 30, 2026 and your shirts should arrive before Christmas. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days and US shipping 3 to 5 more. After that date we still print, but we cannot promise delivery before the holidays.
How ordering works
- Email us your club name exactly as it should be printed, and roughly how many shirts.
- Get your mockup within 48 hours: several design styles on a white tee, a navy tee and a mug.
- Pay through a private Etsy listing we make for your exact order and size count.
- Printed in the USA and shipped to your door.
Questions
Can we use our club logo?
Only if your club owns it. Send the logo file and confirm in writing that the club holds the rights and that we may print it. Without that we print your club name in one of our own designs.
Can we mix sizes and colors?
Mixed sizes, yes: S to XL at the tier price, 2XL for a small surcharge, 3XL and up on request. One shirt color per order keeps it simple; ask if you need two.
Who pays and how?
One person orders for the club. We send a private Etsy listing for the exact order, so you pay with a card or PayPal through Etsy, which also adds any US sales tax and covers the purchase with its buyer protection.
Where do the shirts ship?
Everything ships together to one address in the US. They are printed in the USA; we do not ship this offer outside the US.
What if a shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we will reprint it at no cost. Because every shirt is made to order, we cannot take returns for a wrong size, so please check the size chart before you send the size count.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee, no screen fee, no charge for the mockup or for changes to it.
